I led the creation of a unified inbox for the Gymshark and Training apps, aimed at simplifying and enhancing the user experience. By consolidating all messages, notifications, and updates in one place, we eliminated friction in the user journey and allowed seamless navigation between shopping and training.
This feature boosts user engagement across platforms, strengthening brand loyalty while providing a more convenient, personalised experience. It reflects Gymshark’s commitment to innovation and our focus on building a connected, user-centric community.

To maximize the impact of the unified inbox, we implemented a strategy for timely push notifications that direct users to their Inbox. These notifications are thoughtfully crafted and strategically timed to deliver relevant updates—such as new product drops, training reminders, and exclusive offers—right when they're most valuable to the user.
