During my time at Virgin Media I worked on many TV and Broadband projects, here are a few of my highlights.
Content Optimisation
To increase conversion and create a consistent approach to content application across the Virgin Media website I worked on multiple A/B tests to understand how the type of content and how it's represented resonated with users resulting in conversion uplifts.

Broadband Landing Page
This project was to optimise the broadband landing page allowing users to be enticed by the hero banner image and learn why Virgin Media Broadband is far superior to others in the market. 
Using High-resolution 3D models and typography to add impact to each section.
This re-design resulted in a big uplift in click-throughs to the Broadband bundle pages giving us much better conversion overall.
Content Cards / Containers
Whilst working with the TV channel partners I also helped create a design system to contain TV imagery, this helped with rolling out the hundreds of pieces of content that was updated monthly. 
To do this I worked closely with partners such as Sky and Netflix to ensure the new containers adhered to their rules as well as creating a process to manage artwork teams' monthly sign-off. Using these containers allowed for much faster content population and sign-off timelines.
Virgin Media Store Landing Page
For this project, we set out to understand where a lot of our traffic to landing pages were coming from via other channels and search. During this investigation, we found lots of users trying to find out more about the Virgin Store offering. 
Based on this data we worked together with the insight team to understand current user behaviour and create a more optimised landing page that would help users convert into buying content from our store.
